What to plan for
Folders become labels
Outlook folders are recreated as Gmail labels with the same hierarchy, so users find mail where they expect it.
Shared mailboxes
Exchange shared mailboxes map to Google Groups collaborative inboxes or delegated accounts; we plan this per mailbox.
PST archives
Local PST files on users' PCs aren't in the cloud. We can import them separately so older mail isn't left behind.
Teams chat history
Teams chats and channel conversations don't transfer to Google Chat. We export them for records where needed.

Will OneDrive and SharePoint files move?
Yes. OneDrive moves to each user's My Drive and SharePoint document libraries to shared drives.
