We create your Microsoft 365 organisation, verify your domain and add users, groups and aliases — without touching live mail yet.

Bulk migration
Historic mail, calendars and contacts are copied using Exchange Online migration batches and SharePoint Migration Manager, running in the background while your team keeps working in Zoho Mail.

MX cutover
We switch your MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, usually after office hours. New mail starts arriving in the new platform within an hour.

Delta sync and handover
